I ♥ these ‘busy bags’ for nursery and reception!

They would work so well as ‘take home’ sacks to bridge the home-school learning gap.

The blog also has links to lots of free templates, if you wish to use the activities that they have created. Make sure you also check out parts one and two of this blog most for more busy bag ideas.

With a bit of thought, there is no reason why this can’t be carried right through to year 6…

If you’re not keen on the idea of take home sacks then why not hang them up in the classroom and they could be activities to do if they have completed all their work or possibly introduced for use during playtime and/or lunch time.
